Hello, I would like to know about my parcel sent from China to Lebanon, tracking no#:UJ228931792CN, its saying (Beijing, leaving the Beijing International Mail Transfer Department, the next stop ,Beijing International Mail Processing Center (via transfer) and that on march 29th) so is it stuck there or forwarded to Lebanon. Thanks
It's retained at the customs because there is problem for the item. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution about it.
