Hi Abdulrahman,

The weight limit for each package to Kuwait is 10kg. By air, it's 155.4 RMB for the first 1kg and 64.6 RMB for each additional 1kg. Via surface, it's 111.2 RMB for the first 1kg and 15.6 RMB for each additional 1kg. Just for your reference. You'd better go to your nearest large post office to check.
