hi , sorry for the inconvenience but i have a problem ie my package has been in transit in Beijing for 10 days . I would like to understand at what stage it is and if someone could do something to move it from there being that the package has been around for 40 days and which was supposed to arrive to me only that it had some problems. the situation is irritating me and i am stressed by now. could you please help me please. kindly. this is the parcel number RG012889765CN I hope you can help me or at least give me the precise days. thank you very much and have a good day
