Doubts about my shipping status

Hello, I would like to know the status of my shipment since it has been almost a month since the seller sent it to me and apparently it has not left China. The tracking number Is RP816133488CN. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience

Hi Jonathan Esquivel,

It met some problem in China and takes a long time in China now as it couldn't pass the security check. It left China on Dec. 19 and is in transit to Mexico now. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
