I checked it from some tracking system in Chinese. According to the tracking record, it has arrived at Dezhou City of Shandong Province and has delivered to the receiver on 28th of March. But there is no information that the receiver got it. You'd better call 11185 which is the hotline of China Post to find out what's wrong with your parcel.
