It seems that it's stuck at the customs. The seller needs to contact China Post to check it.

My parcel at China post office and I am still waiting to received it
Since 23rd Sept 2019 until now , The parcel not moved anywhere and still in same place.
Can I know the reason please?
When the seller will get this item ? So I have to reorder the same item after seller get back the item.
I am waiting for a long time.

You don't need to wait for the seller to receive it. Tracking information already shows it's in China and impossible for you to get it. You have the right to get refund.

I appreciate how you solve queries of worried customers and this is why I have contacted you once again. I wanted to ask that tracking number RB999911910SG was despatched from overseas postal admin on 23rd Aug. Could you please tell me where it is now i e Singapore or China or Pakistan or between any of these countries. Another question is that when should I expect to get the parcel? ie the date for example till 20th Sept, or something else.
