I have a package with this tracking number LA009805408HK. I used a warehouse address in China to receive it but the warehouse manager informed he did not receive any message from customs to make the declaration.

How can I get the package delivered again or returned to the sender?

Was returned to airport twice because of "Beijing, Beijing Speed International return, note: security return" however on the second time there was a tracking update saying "Beijing, Import Customs Release" and then the package seems to be back on the way to the sender. There has been no tracking updates in 10 days, does this mean the package has been returned or is waiting to be resent?
