The last update posted was Dec 17, 2018 and it said it had already been released from customs in the philippines. I’m assuming it had already been cleared since it wasn’t returned or anything but there’s no update whatsoever after that. Normally they would transfer it to another carrier such as black arrow, xend or ap cargo but the updates just stop there. I’ve read in some forums that china post will not reply if you email them so is there anyway to fix this? Or should i just wait? How long does this normally take?
