The post office is not clear from the tracking information. You'd better contact Royal Mail to ask where to pick it up.

What's weird is it's the second time this has happened. I've now learned china post stops at the customs and An post take over. So anything after entry to Ireland is handled by An post or courier.
NOT CHINA POST it's non existent after that
