How to find who the courier is in Melbourne?

My parcel said delivered but I don't have it. Where do I start looking for the courier?

Hi Adam,

In normal, if you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time. The seller could open a case to the local courier to check what happends to it. If it's shipped out by China Post, it should be handed over to Australia Post to deliver it to you.
