I dont receive the right parcel

I receive a parcel of tracking number: LO910834468CN, it right number and delivery adress, but not what i command. If it possible to have the complet name and adrees of the sender please.

Sorry, we don't know the private information including the name and address of the sender. You need to find it from the label of the box or from the place where you made the order.
