I have a parcel that is EME since 9th December. What does this mean

I have a parcel sent to china that has been EME since the 9th December. Before that on the 8th it says it is awaiting payment in customs. Am i repsosnible for paying this? The item is sent frorm the UK back to china as it was a scam, Paypal cant help until the item has been delivered. Can anyone help with this

Hi dan,

You need to contact the seller to negotiable who will pay for it. If you don't pay for it, it couldn't be passed the check.

I ordered an item on december 1st and it was due to arrive between december 15th - january 5th. The tracking number cannot seem to be recognised and is LX229869385CN. It says it was shipped from Guangzhou to Changsha on the 9th december. Then left the parcel centre to GBLALA on 14th december and still not received, can you help and tell me when i can expect this parcel as it is overdue?

I sent a package on December 9th 2020 to my son in Ningbo. According to tracking information it has been in Ningbo customs since 22nd December 2020. Can you please advise if there's a problem with the parcel. To date my son has not been phoned to arrange pickup or delivery.
