I have a question re the email from Daisy

You had Daisy send me an email on 5/25/2020 @ 10:18:18 PM. She said I needed to contact the Seller for the refund. How? She then said you would compensate the money to the shipper---not the receiver. That makes no sense as I NEVER received the package. Daisy then says I have the right to get my money back from the seller. You are the seller and I'm again asking for the refund that is due me. When can I expect to receive that?

I have replied to your answer to me with my own thoughts on the situation relative to a refund of my purchase of masks that I never did receive. I did not hear your thoughts to that email. I still want that refund. IF you can absolutely guarantee me that you will truly send the masks for which you have already been paid, that might be an option to rectify this very disappointing situation. Once again: I await your reply.

We don't know where did you buy the items. You'd better try to check the way to contact the seller from the place where you bought it.

Where did you made the order? You need to contact the seller to refund you or sent one again to you if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
