I need a package released from customs in China.

Hi. I have a package that is has been held in customs in Guangzhou since March 14th. This is a return of clothing purchased from JustFashionNow. The tracking number is LH132441245US. I reached out to justfashionnow and they said that I need to get the package released. Can you help?

Hi todd,

As it's in China, you couldn't get the package released from your side. It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
