It's sent from Changsha City in Hunan Province in China.

pin code? Do you mean the postal code?

I couldn't get the detailed address of sender. So, it's hard to know the detailed postal code. The postal code for Changsha city is 410000.

Hi. Please can you help me? I posted a parcel to China with the following tracking number: RU834277126GB.

China Post have attempted to deliver it several times but I think the address is wrong (the recipient gave me the wrong details).

Is there a way of changing the address details so it can go to the correct address and not be sent back to the UK?
