I need information about parcel I didn't receive

I'm in a dispute with company saying they delivered parcel I didn't receive it so I need to know how much the parcel weighed as PayPal said they could have sent a letter instead

Hi Jojo,

Sorry, the weight of the parcel couldn't be known through tht etracking number. You could only know it from the seller. You need to require the seller to provide this information to you.
