I ordered a hoodie and I accidentally sent it to the wrong address

I ordered a hoodie about a month ago and just received a text that it was finally being shipped out but I sent it to the wrong address, I thought I was scammed at first until I finally got a text about it. I sent it my package to 6925 West Brady Pl but my address is 6925 West Mathew Brady St Which is just down the road from the 1st address.
Here is my confirmation code to show proof that I have purchased and received a text about the package: LN448935754CN

Hi Kanan Leach,

There is no tracking information at present. I think the seller hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to ask and if it's not shipped, you can let the seller change the address for you.

Does "到达寄达地" mean it is at the DESTINATION or the destination country? Because what if it was delivered to the wrong house?
