Hi China Post, I have sent two parcels from Australia to China tracking EH101522828AU in September and EH101602089AU in November. Both have been pending customs clearance in China. Is there anything wrong or just a delay? When can they be delivered?

They were both stuck at the customs now. The receiver should have got a notice about how to get it from the customs. You'd better contact the receiver to ask.
