Insured Parcel has not been received by Receiver

CY101513565AU. Small parcel sent from Australia 13th August to Shenyang. Cleared China Customs 18th August. Arrived in Shenyang 24.8.2018. The package was still not delivered close of business 28.8.2018. Can anyone offer a reasonable explanation why this parcel has taken so long, since it arrived in China, & remains undelivered?

Hi Jones,

If you write the right phone number and address, it will be delivered by the post office in the next few days. Wait patiently. If you find the tracking still not update after this week, you'd better contact the recipient in China and let him call China Post service number 11183 to check it.
