It's not lost. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. It should be delayed. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see. If there is still no update, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I haven't had any updates on my parcel for weeks. Is it lost? It was posted 5 weeks ago, takes longer than usual (3weeks) , I have another parcel posted a week after this one arrived a week ago. Could you please chase it up for me ?
