Is my package lost, or is it still in transit?

A package I ordered was expected to be delivered 4/9 - 4/20. It is now 4/29, and I have no idea where the package is. Tracking has not updated in two weeks. Is the package lost, or can I still expect it at some point? Tracking number is: UJ282472296CN

Hello.. It says My package (LX100154870CN) may be lost. The latest update I can get is “dispatch from sorting center” still in Shanghai China as of April 15,2020. I should receive it anywhere near 4/25. Should I wait for more days?

My package last update "dispatched from sorting center" LiaoNingShengShenYangShi 11004400. 14 May 20 04:30. Tracking number is LY004081367CN, I would like to find out where it is.
The package was shipped on April 15. So, it's impossible for you to receive it between April 9 and April 20. It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly.
