I've been waiting on my package for 5 weeks now and it's been stuck in New York for a full month. What's going on? Is there something I need to do? I haven't been informed of any issues so I'm just confused.

Hi westley,

It's stuck in New York now. You need to contact the seller to open a case to China Post to check what happens to it.

sorry, i just submitted this same question a few hours ago but realized I did not include a tracking number. My package has been stuck at a US shipping center for the past 2 and half weeks and hasn't moved.
