could you please check to see if my parcel is stuck in your facility please? i am very worried as i checked on the tracking number online and it said that it has been waiting in a suzhou post office for over a month now

Hi ryan,

If the tracking information shows it's at Suzhou post office, it should be still stuck there. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
