Is my parcel stuck in China?

Hi, my tracking information has been stuck on "Shanghai, delivered to air transport" since the 5th May. Has my parcel entered the destination country yet or is it currently still in China?

Hi Qjatj,

It has left China and is in transit to New Zealand now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
