I have 2 parcels to post to Australia - one is 0.7kg, the other is 3kg. Is there a post office open today that I can go to?

Website says it was received by my post office yesterday and delivered today. My post office did not receive any packages for me yesterday or deliver any package to me today and they said that the tracking number is not something that would fit into their system. Contacting credit card company and reporting as fraudulent because the website I purchased from is unavailable.
