It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after Sep. 30. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it before the delivery deadline, contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

Order placed in July and shows as shipped and at Nanjing City, scheduled to fly, scheduled flight number KA863-CX888, scheduled departure time 08:25 has not been received. Contact to the Company receives the same reply each time to "please be patient" and lists the tracking number UI649336085CN and to track through 17 Track. The results show the same on each attempt to track. I have requested this order to be tracked by the seller to no avail; I am only given the same standard response on each occasion. Any assistance you can offer would be appreciated.
