So Is 735 the amount that they'll be refunding ? Because my confusion is that my full amount is 735.00 INR and the judgement says ' partial refund 735.00' or they'll deduct amount from 735.00

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.

Tracking number LW557220515CN has been in transit for 30 days, and STILL HAS NOT LEFT CHINA!!! Why? I can not get a refund from the company for this since it is allegedly IN TRANSIT. Why has my package not left China yet? I could WALO TO YOU IN 30 DAYS!!!
