Item at airport now for 3 weeks?

This item hasn't updated in weeks and is apparently at airport. Can you advise?

It's in the middle location now. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in UK.

It's still not moved or been updated in months. Royal mail say they have never received it. Is it lost?
