item at customs awaiting clearance by addressee

Good day, looks like my item landed in China on the 6th April 2025. I have looked to see the progress and seems it is awaiting customs clearance by the addressee (Yongming Xia, Jiazhaoye), there is a contact phone number for this addressee on the declaration. Please would it be possible to contact the addressee and inform them that the item has arrived at customs. Every day I check to see what the progress is on my item. If there is any import duty tax on the Chinese end to pay please advise me, it has been since the 31.3.25 that this item left Australia, kind regards Bea Rath-male.

Good morning again Daisy, oh my goodness, thank you for your reply, I am so worried. No offence to the company I have been dealing with but they are always very slow in responding to any emails, messages I send them, and I agree with you customs should have sent notice to the receiver to either complete documents, pay any taxes, (which I did offer to pay if need be) or contact them. You say trying to push them to declare or pay, as said getting them to respond to my messages is impossible. I am sorry to say it does take a long time from Australia to China, but when items get sent here, not so long. Anyhow the tracking number is LK236904754AU. I got notification from 17 Track, update said;
'Shenzhen City, Export Customs/Released" on the 5.6.25. I do hope this means it is going to the intended receiver and not being returned back to me. Thank you again for your help, kind regards Bea

Hello again Daisy, Well my item has gone from Guangzhou to Shenzhen and back again, so that tells me it is heading to Australia again, I can only express my disappointment at the company called, "Tablets World, or Yongming Xia, Jiazhaoye or whatever they are called and never purchase from them again, after all the money spent in total it is really unfair the way they treat people. I am sure I have done all they asked, can not contact them through email, or phone so it is pointless to pursue. After reading other reviews about this company, I have clearly made up my mind. What's the tracking number? The customs should have sent notice to the receiver in China. You can also push him to declare or pay.
