I have received a notification from China post that my item AG781346471CN is awaiting to be picked up but they did not send me the location of where should I pick up. How do I get that Information.

Tracking number: LZ248707155CN

My item was marked as delivered on 03/06/2025 but I never received the item.

I have emailed the seller twice with no response and I would like to know where my order is located. If you cannot locate my order I will need a refund immediately.
