I am waiting on an order to arrive that has been in transit for 1 month (since 25 Oct). Is this normal for e-EMS? When can I expect it to arrive? EV000497925CN

why my item is not more moving? I undestood that after delivering to air transport there is about one month of transit... but it was sended more than 40 days ago and it has still not left China.. the seller told me about 40 days of delivery time but my item is still stucked there! Is becoming URGENT could you clarify the situation?
