Please help with missing item. Status delivered but no item received.

i have a parcel shipped from China the tracking number is RM962302779CN it shows the item has been delivered successfully but unfortunately i haven't received it please help to find out if the item is missing.

Item EV927302256CN departed shanghai on the 12/07 on an outbound flight - it’s now the 20/07 and there is still no update on the item. Please do not give yo usual crap of 30 days because that simply is not true. Since this item was shipped I have ordered and recieved two other items from China
