Item not Returned

Hi, I recently purchased a laptop motherboard from eBay that was shipped from China. Unfortunately, the item was faulty, so I arranged a return to the seller. However, the seller declined to pay the required customs fees.

According to the latest tracking update, the package was marked as “being returned to sender” (myself), but I have not received it back.

Could you please assist me in locating the package or advise on what may have happened to it? I’d really appreciate any help you can provide.
