My parcel was returned to sender
Please can you assist me in having it re sent or contact information as I don't speak Chinese

Hi Janet Oliver,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package. You need to contact the sender to give you a solution if it's returned back to the sender.
