Item status "transit in transit station" for 3 months

Hi,

I have 3 orders stuck on a status of "transit in transit station" for 3 months
The tracking information now says "Expired" and "transport too long"
Does this mean my packages are lost and will never arrive?

Hi ColinT,

It's not normal that it's still hasn't arrived in three months. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
