Item still being prepared at origin post for over a month

LY138579202 has been stuck for 5 weeks. The only info I’ve received was origin post is preparing for shipment for over a month. Please help the item is time sensitive. Please help me I’m desperate.

I'm going to be honest I bought an item back in March and ever since april 4th 2020 my package has been preparing shipment I dont know what to do aswell I'd like some answers.

Hi Dan,
It was delivered to air transport on May 6 and it's in transit to the US now. There is no update when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
