item still in transit after 100 days seller refusing to refund payment

Hi, My tracking number is RV582806465CN, to india, the parcel has been shipped on 24thSep2021 and now it is Jan2022, it has been more than 100 days, the parcel keeps going back and for from Donguan, guangzhou and beijing, saying it has been returned multiple times, is there any way to return it to the shipper so that he can refund my purchase.

Hi Arjun medikonda,

Sorry, it couldn't be returned back during the shipping. If it couldn't be left China finally, it will be returned back to the seller. As it has been over three days, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
