I sent a package to my son in China and it has been sitting in the Jinan Customs since December 22, 2020 . How long does it take to deliver it?

Hi KAnthony,

If it's stuck at the customs for a long time, it should be waiting the receiver to pay for the tax or declare to the customs now. You'd better let your son to check his phone message to see if there is any notice from the customs.

I have parcel from Russia to China. Sender mistaken of my name and phone number. They use EMS service. Right now I should pay custom duty but I can’t because don’t nave sms or another notice with information about payment. How I can pay and gave my parcel?
