Its been updated as cleared from customs sinc 3/3/2022 andyet until now still do not have any latest updates. Please help, this parcel meant alot to me. Thanks

Hi sh93teo,

It should be waiting for the receiver in mainland China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hi! I bought from Wish.com. I’ve been waiting for thirty days, haven’t had an update since May 30th. It says: Depart from Departure Transit Hub (on current information). Nothing else.
