Late parcel

My parcel was sent to airline on 16th March . It is now the 5th May and still no updates or parcel. It is going to England and England isn’t mentioned as one of the countries experiencing coronavirus delays. When will my package arrive in England ? My tracking number is LX049403699CN . Thankyou

Hi Emmadobsonx,

The packages sent to England are also affected by the coronavirus. It has left China and is in transit to UK now. There will be update when it arrives in UK. If you couldn't receive it before May 20, better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

My order was meant to arrive one month ago my tracking number is LZ519306652CN and it was supposedly in Ireland where I live 3 weeks ago according to the seller and it just had to quarantine but I got a notification 5 days ago saying “flight departure” so I’m confused as to where it is snd why it’s so late and when it is actually going to arrive as it’s almost two months late now thank you
