Local Post Office say item still in transit from abroad, tracking say otherwise

The tracking number is: UD514718532YP
It was first sent to Turkey from China (UD514718532YP) and then Turkey to Pakistan (UH974194467TR). I talked to the local post office, they claim that it has not reached the country but the the tracking say it has. Kindly help me track my package and let me know where it is. Also what kind of shipping service did the seller use? They charged me $15 for the shipping.

Hi Foster,

The seller uses YANWEN Express to ship it. You need to contact the seller to check it for you through YANWEN Express and give you an answer.

Dear all,
Can someone help me find out where is my package and how to get it delivered? The seller does not speak English and only answer with "copy-paste" templates.
According to the tracking in formation for the package HJYTE2133991348YQ it is
"2021-10-18 17:24
Destination, Item ready for pick up at a Post Office collection point against a notice of arrival or item code"
I have contacted my local post office and they do not have any packages for me. Does any one know how to find more information about my package? Or, maybe, someone know how to contact HJYT form outside Chine (e-mail, for example, because they only have some Chinese qq messenger and a phone number)?
