Lost package

Hello. This package has not arrived at our delivery address. Was sent from China to Cuba...but should have been delivered to Merriwa new south Wales, AUSTRALIA. Tracking number AQ422612972CN
Please advise where this package is.

AQ422612972CN tracking number. We have gone back through PayPal who have contacted the seller who has said the package has been delivered and the company we bought it from won't communicate with us at all we have sent numerous emails with absolutely no reply from them. Their Web sites where we ordered our sons Christmas present from comes up as "no longer available"...paypal just keep saying case closed but contacting you was our last resort to try and find our sons Christmas present.

Sorry, we could only find it was delivered in Cuba on Nov.25. We are only a tracking platform. We couldn't deal with the package and couldn't find it for you. I suggest you also contact USPS to check it for you.
