Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to enquire about my package that is being delivered from China to Hungary.
The tracking number is: CY012060939CN
I can see that my package was given to the carrier on 20 November, but there is no update since then.
Is there a problem with my package? When can it arrive?

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update after Nov.20. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
