Hello,
I would like to know about my order RV564458968CN that has been stuck in shanghai for more than a month now, so I would like to know if it’s lost, or when will it be arriving at the destination.

Hi FC,

Airline departs on May 26. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Chile after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
