Lost package, not possible to track package.

Hello, I have send my package on 3rd of January 2019 from Beijing to the Netherlands. My tracking number is:CP389566945CN. I cannot track by package now, the last update is from 8th of January 2019 in Shanghai. Can you please tell me where is my package now and when can I expect it to arrive in the Netherlands.

Hi Marta,

It left China on Jan. 8 and is in transit to Netherlands now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
