LP163944962SG: My parcel lost track after 3 weeks in transit

Hi,
My parcel LP163944962SG stuck at ‘hand over to airline’ since 3rd April 2020. Before this i already asked singpost about this parcel, but helpline said they didn’t get the actual parcel yet since it is in transit.
But last week i check with singpost n 17track suddenly “Item status not found in the system“.
I check here today also got “This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later.”
As for now, using cainiao still got result hand over to airline.

My ETA around 16-29 april 2020. So basically there must have some progress instead stuck in transit.
Can you help me to trace where is my parcel? Im ok with the ETA since i okay with 1 month expectation to receive my parcel. But the parcel already lost to track. Please help me.

Hi Zue,

It's sent by 4PX Express. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived in Malaysia now. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost?? Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
Please kindly help me, thank you in advance.
