Could I receive the Dutch postal service tracking number instead of the chinese international one? I have this parcel LZ389315647CN saying delivered, but nothing has arrived at my address!

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
