Missing Delivery

On 7th July I sent a package via Express Shipping with Australia Post. This was handed to China Post on 19th July but has NOT been delivered. Tracking is: EJ294651224AU
Please investigate and provide answers about where the package is.

Hi Steph,

We could only see it was stuck in Jinhua city. You need to contact the receiver in China to open a case to further check it and give you a solution in time.
