Ordered on 4/7 no update since 4/11

WNBAA0094022559YQ and WNBAA0094065256YQ both say should be delivered in few days for 3 weeks
What is going on?

Hi Sandra,

UQ0368554584CN: no tracking information for it. You'd better contact the seller to ask if it has been sent. Or, it's sent by a cheap way that China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it.

WNBAA0094022559YQ and WNBAA0094065256YQ are shipped by Wanb Express. You need to contact the seller to check it for you. Both said '2020-05-01 Parcel has arrived at destination country, will be delivered in the upcoming days.'

I have two packages that have been in transit for a month now but have not been updated since the 5th. I keep getting the run around from the sender and USPS and I want to know where my packages are. I spent nearly $600 just in shipping and this is ridiculous.
