Checked already with neighbours and the courier - the parcel with number AQ028441232CN did not arrive at my adress, nor at the neighbours. Please check, where the parcel is stuck. Thanks!

I have a couple of packages marked under China post that are claimed to have been delivered yet nothing was delivered. I contacted China post by ermail no reply. I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist. No one responds: so how do we communicate with China post to confirm or to investigate? Here are the two tracking numbers: AG679502983CN & AG679210367CN it says it was delivered sucessfully? Where, When, to Whom?
